This started with the dream of entrepreneur Bob Garrand (bank owner) holding onto the building for over 22 years until he met another dreamer of like mind. The connection occurred quickly and naturally. With in weeks the team started to come together, comprised of experts in their fields of creativity, vision, and drive.

I would never have stepped up to the challenge if I didn’t meet Maribel Morgan a few days later through her husband Enrique who is a Master Electrician. Her expertise as a Global Engineer will assist in create my vision for the space.

The size of this dream could only be achieved with a team who share the love of Arts and Humanity. This dream as been a long time in the making for many involved.
