Traffickers
Most of us have an image of what Traffickers look like. These images derive from movies and the information mainstream media decide to release. Grungy men and women for the most part as seen in the photos of the nine Traffickers. That is an average news clip. We are rarely informed of their occupation or personal information. Traffickers end up being everyone in all occupations on every level.
Human Trafficking is a billion dollar business with different tier levels. A business of this magnitude cannot exist without individuals at the highest level part of the structure. The film The Whistleblower, is a real life story of Human Trafficking where Kathryn Bolkovacrisks risked her job and her own safety to uncover and bring to light a wide-scale, child sex-slave and human-trafficking scandal involving a U.S. military contractor, Democro Corp (a pseudonym for the real world DynCorp) and the United Nations in post-war Bosnia. This is just one example of the level and individuals who are involved.
The latest Human Trafficking criminal in the US is Jeffery Epstein with with clients from the White House to Hollywood.
With extensive research which includes articles, books, documentaries, government statics, and conversations with victims, they mention that Traffickers are: Parents, Family members, Friends, Educators, Priest, Baby-Sitters, Law Enforcement, Government Officials, Labor Brokers, Boy Scout Leaders, in short, human Traffickers could be anyone which is what makes this incredibly shocking.
PS: Most individuals who are Trafficked occur directly from within our own borders.
